Working with me
How does working with you start?
With a call about your business and your goals. I then prepare a tailored plan, which is a paid piece of work, and carry it out myself or guide your team through it.
Will I deal with you directly?
Yes, always. I plan, deliver and report on the work myself.
Which areas do you cover?
I'm based in Eastbourne and work with businesses across East Sussex, including Hailsham and Hastings and St Leonards.
Do you only build websites?
Websites are one part of what I do, alongside local search, Google Ads, email marketing, systems and AI, strategy, brand materials and coaching.

How much does a website cost?
I quote each project on its scope after our call. My guide to website costs in the UK explains what shapes the price.
How long does a new website take?
Most projects take four to eight weeks from the agreed plan to launch.
Which platform will my website use?
Whichever suits how you like to work: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or a fast custom build.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. I show you how, and I am on hand for anything bigger.

Who owns the website and accounts?
You do, from day one. Your domain, website, content and accounts are registered to you, and if I host your site, you can move it whenever you like, with everything handed over.
Can I move my website away from you?
Yes, whenever you like. Everything is handed over, because it is already yours.
