Where are you based, and which areas do you cover?
I'm based in Eastbourne and work from the Foundry. Most of my clients are across East Sussex, from Hailsham to St Leonards-on-Sea, and I'm happy to meet in person or work remotely.
Do you only build websites?
Websites are one part of what I do. I also handle local search, Google Ads, email marketing and the systems behind them, plus strategy, brand materials and team coaching when a business needs them.
Can you work on my existing website?
Yes. I work on WordPress, Wix and Squarespace sites, and I build fast custom sites when a fresh start makes more sense.
Do you work with online shops?
Yes. I run SEO, email marketing and Google Ads for online shops, and I build and look after WooCommerce stores.
How does working with you start?
With a call about your business and your goals. I then prepare a tailored plan, which is a paid piece of work, and carry it out myself or guide your team through it.
Who owns the website and accounts?
You do, from day one. Your domain, website, content and accounts are registered to you, and if I host your site, you can move it whenever you like, with everything handed over.
Will I deal with you directly?
Yes, always. I plan, deliver and report on the work myself, so you have one point of contact from the first call onwards.
