How to make a complaint

Email hello@marswebsites.co.uk with the subject “Data protection complaint”, or write to MARS, 78 The Beacon, Eastbourne BN21 3NW. Please include your name, how to contact you and a short description of your concern.

What happens next

• I acknowledge your complaint within 30 days.
• I look into it properly and keep you updated.
• I reply with the outcome and any steps I’ve taken.
